After payment, you receive a link to choose your session times using our booking calendar. You can choose freely based on your availability.

If you’re unable to attend a session, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance so we can help you reschedule within your monthly plan.
⏰ Missed sessions without 24-hour notice will be considered used, regardless of the reason.
This policy is designed to ensure fairness for all students and to honor the time and preparation invested in each session.

Yes, sessions are valid for 30 days from the day of payment.
As part of your monthly subscription to the French Private Coaching – 1:1 Lessons, all your sessions must be scheduled and used within the same month of your payment.
🗓️ Example:
If you subscribed on August 5, you have until September 4 to book and attend your sessions.
After this date, unused sessions will expire and cannot be carried over.
This rule starts from August 2025 and helps us ensure:
- A fair and balanced schedule for all
- Better group planning
- Consistent student progress
We encourage you to book all your sessions as early as possible to secure your preferred times.
If you’re traveling or unavailable, please let us know in advance so we can help find a solution.
